The earliest scheduled move-in is for "Rainbow Village Complex 4" in Gumidong. This complex broke ground in late November 2023 as Bundang's first remodeling project, with a target completion date of March 30, 2026. Through horizontal and independent building expansions, the number of units will increase from the current 563 to 647, and parking spaces will expand from 311 to 1,036.

Following that, "Zelkova Village Complex 3" and "Zelkova Village Complex 4" in Jeongjadong are also accelerating their construction schedules. Zelkova Village Complex 3 will increase from 770 to 873 units, targeting completion by the end of July 2026; Complex 4 will expand from 1,006 to 1,149 units, targeting completion by the end of October 2026.

Complexes that have not yet broken ground are also proceeding with their processes in sequence. "Plum Blossom Village Complex 2" (expanding from 1,185 to 1,339 units) in Yatapdong and "Hansong Village Complex 5" (expanding from 1,156 to 1,271 units) in Jeongjadong are targeting groundbreaking in the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027, respectively, and are undergoing subsequent procedures. "Plum Blossom Village Complex 1" (expanding from 562 to 638 units), which had been progressing slowly due to internal union issues, has formed a new executive team to reorganize the project. The total renovation scale of these seven complexes amounts to 7,056 units. A Seongnam City official stated that remodeling projects are progressing faster than reconstruction projects, and residents will begin moving in sequentially starting next year.
