en.Wedoany.com Reported - Transneft - Western Siberia has completed planned work in the Kemerovo Region, Tomsk Region, and Krasnoyarsk Territory aimed at enhancing the reliability of production infrastructure. These measures were implemented during transport shutdown windows on the Aleksandrovskoye-Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Omsk-Irkutsk, Anzhero-Sudzhensk-Krasnoyarsk, and Krasnoyarsk-Irkutsk main oil pipelines (MOP). Oil transportation has now resumed normal operations, and all supply plans are being met.

Transneft - Western Siberia Enhances Infrastructure Reliability in Three Siberian Regions

The work connected three newly constructed and upgraded sections of the Aleksandrovskoye-Anzhero-Sudzhensk and Anzhero-Sudzhensk-Krasnoyarsk main oil pipelines. On the pipeline routes and station facilities, specialists replaced and performed medium repairs on 33 valves of various diameters. All valves are equipped with Russian-made electric actuators, enabling remote control of the oil transportation process and improving industrial and environmental safety levels. At the Kashtan oil pumping station, a mainline pump manufactured by Transneft Oil Pumps was installed and connected to the process pipelines, replacing equipment that had reached its standard service life. Another pump was disconnected and will be replaced during subsequent planned measures.

A total of 665 personnel participated in this modernization, utilizing 265 units of specialized equipment. This series of measures aims to ensure uninterrupted oil transportation, reduce the risk of technical failures, and maintain a high level of operational readiness of the infrastructure. The completion of the planned work demonstrates the company's ability to carry out large-scale technical operations without violating supply obligations, maintaining the stability of the main oil pipeline system in the Siberian region.
