Through precise measures to advance task implementation, it successfully achieved a "double half" in both time and tasks.

2026 marks the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan" and a critical period for the smooth transition between the second and third phases of Wutong Copper. In the first half of the year, Wutong Copper continued to exert efforts along the three main lines, steadily advancing various tasks. On June 26, the occupational disease prevention facilities of the Phase III expansion project passed the completion acceptance; on June 29, the safety facilities of the project also passed the completion acceptance, laying the foundation for the official commissioning of the project. In the first half of the year, the copper content in mine copper concentrate reached 8,798 tons, achieving 103% of the plan, exceeding the production target, with the copper recovery rate remaining stable above 90%.

In terms of Phase III construction, Wutong Copper anchored the milestone target of "completing the three simultaneous acceptance checks by the end of June," reversed the construction schedule, seized the construction window, and accelerated the remaining works such as underground ore passes, track laying and overhead line installation, and surface supporting facilities. It successively completed special acceptance checks for safety, environmental protection, and occupational health, creating conditions for a full transition to Phase III production in the second half of the year. Through coordinated efforts across the entire chain, Wutong Copper's mining and beneficiation capacity exceeded 9,000 tons per day in June, achieving a steady capacity ramp-up under multiple adverse conditions and surpassing the first-half production targets.
