The Real Estate Management Department of the Water Engineering Bureau, in collaboration with Jinhao Supply Chain Management Company, conducted a practical flood control emergency drill at the Shuijian Building. The drill simulated extreme heavy rainfall, completing eight full-process procedures: hazard reporting, cordon control, sandbag sealing of entrances and exits, water accumulation drainage, personnel and vehicle evacuation, hazard resolution, and post-incident cleanup, providing a standardized template for flood emergency response across the company's various regions.

The Loulou Reservoir Project Department conducted a joint flood control emergency drill, observed by leaders of China Hebei Water Resources Group. The drill simulated four types of hazards: foundation pit water backflow and collapse, cofferdam leaks, and above-standard floods, completing a full chain of operations including warning, evacuation, reconnaissance, emergency response, and hazard resolution, testing the team's collaborative combat capability.

The Yegoumen Reservoir Reconstruction and Songjiazhuangchuan Flood Diversion Project Department conducted a flood control emergency drill downstream of the barrage, with over 150 participants and 20 pieces of equipment. The Caohe River Regulation Project (Section Below Beijing-Guangzhou Railway) (Qingyuan District) Project Department organized a flood control emergency drill at the construction site. The drill set up multiple teams including emergency rescue, safety warning, and medical aid, simulating hazards such as overtopping and piping due to flood discharge. After the project initiated the plan, each team quickly assembled and completed the response.

The Xianxian Project Department of the Ninth Branch of the Water Engineering Bureau organized a comprehensive emergency drill at the Zhangcun Riverside Evacuation Bridge construction site, with over 50 participants from various construction units. The drill set up four practical procedures: electric shock accidents, high-altitude falls, fire incidents, and flood control emergency response, fully simulating real hazard scenarios.

The 2025 On-Site Operation Management Project of the Yellow River Diversion Project conducted a comprehensive flood control emergency drill at the Yangzhuang Gate Control Site in Wuyi County. The drill set up five core procedures: gate scheduling, main power interruption and electric shock hazards, gate jamming and mechanical injury, warehouse firefighting, and rescue of drowning personnel, completing the full process of warning, response, emergency rescue, and medical aid.

The Water Engineering Bureau stated that it will continue to strengthen production safety responsibilities, enhance emergency response capabilities, and fortify the flood season safety line.
