en.Wedoany.com Reported - The functional boundaries between different machine models are blurring, and the equipment market is experiencing a trend of convergence. Advances in machine automation, connectivity, and intelligent management systems enable tools and technologies originally belonging to one field to function across various scenarios, creating more opportunities for manufacturers, dealers, agents, rental companies, and service providers.

The rise of the rental market is a key driver of cross-industry integration. Low-cost rental models encourage companies to favor versatile equipment, forming a shared equipment model that connects multiple sectors such as construction, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, and logistics.
Although industries are becoming increasingly interconnected, machines themselves are still developed for specific application scenarios. The real progress lies in embedded technology, which enables the sharing of platforms, electronic systems, connectivity, telematics, and automation. This has also reshaped the form of exhibitions—shifting from focusing on isolated niche sectors to connecting different markets, technologies, suppliers, and users.
The 2026 Brazil Equipment Show (Brazil Equipo Show, BES) embodies this trend. The event is dedicated to bringing together companies from construction, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, equipment rental, logistics, and material handling. Guilherme Ramos, the show director, noted that manufacturers, dealers, rental companies, and users are sharing technology, solutions, and business opportunities. He stated that by placing different niche sectors in the same environment, BES promotes knowledge exchange, networking, and business generation, aligning with the convergence trend.
BES will be held from August 4 to 7 in Jaguariúna, São Paulo (Jaguariúna, SP), featuring live machine demonstrations, lectures, seminars, vocational training, operator competitions, and test drives. Key activities include BES Capacita, in partnership with SENAR, and BES Conecta Produtor Rural, where the lecture "From Phone to Counter—New Changes in Rural Producers' Purchasing Behavior" will explore how digitalization is transforming agricultural purchasing processes. Another highlight is the regional crawler excavator operator championship, held in collaboration with John Deere and Terraverde, returning after its successful previous edition.
