This acquisition will strengthen 3E's leadership in the global regulatory content space. The two companies will bring together industry talent, senior regulatory and chemical experts, further solidifying 3E's position as a product compliance solution provider, covering the most comprehensive global product compliance regulatory content, deep regulatory and scientific expertise, and AI-driven innovation.
The acquisition adds new capabilities to 3E's product compliance solutions, including REACH registration services. Through the acquisition of Yordas, 3E can now offer end-to-end chemical registration services, helping manufacturers and importers fulfill obligations under EU REACH, UK REACH, and other global regulations, including Korea REACH, Turkey KKDIK, China REACH/MEE Order No. 12, Ukraine REACH, and Taiwan TCCSCA.
With over a decade of experience and in-house scientific and technical experts, Yordas supports all stages of the registration process, including strategy and process route selection, documentation, data sharing, and coordination with regulatory bodies such as ECHA. Yordas manages REACH registrations for over 100 multinational companies, ensuring market access and long-term supply chain compliance. All services are provided under a management system certified to ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001.
