Metlen Group is a multinational enterprise operating in 40 countries worldwide, with businesses spanning metallurgy and energy. It is also one of Europe's leading companies, possessing the only production base within the EU that covers the entire aluminum production chain.

Yersain Nagaspayev stated that Kazakhstan offers a favorable investment environment for implementing industrial projects, including ensuring raw material supply for processing and manufacturing enterprises and leveraging the advantages of special economic zones. For large-scale investment projects, the government also provides a range of support measures, including signing investment agreements. He expressed hope that both sides would achieve mutually beneficial cooperation outcomes through constructive dialogue and noted that the Ministry of Industry and Construction is willing to actively assist enterprises in establishing partnerships with Kazakhstan's mining and metallurgical companies.
The two sides also focused on exchanging technical experience in areas such as waste recycling and the extraction of precious metals from industrial waste, believing that relevant cooperation will help promote the development of a circular economy.
After the meeting, both sides confirmed their intention to further deepen cooperation and jointly implement high-tech industrial projects.
