The project will construct two eight-story buildings with a total of 575 units, a slight increase from the previous version. The first building contains 264 units, and the second contains 311 units. The project includes 29 affordable housing units for extremely low-income households.
The project design is by TCA Architects, with EPT Design serving as the landscape architect. The exterior uses materials such as metal panels, perforated screens, stone tiles, and stucco. The design shows a typical podium apartment complex with a clear facade scheme and balconies. The ground floor will include mixed landscaping, a corner park along Saratoga Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard, and a green passage separating the two buildings. Amenities on the podium rooftops of each building include pool decks, club rooms, and leisure spaces.
The 4.7-acre site, surrounded by North Lake Road, Saratoga Avenue, and Stevens Creek Boulevard, currently has four low-rise buildings on it. Future residents will live across from 3941 Stevens Creek Boulevard, where a 59-unit affordable housing complex is being built by CRP Affordable Housing.
The project's estimated construction cost and timeline have not yet been announced.
