Construction Starts on 17,800 m² International School in Hai Phong, Vietnam, Accommodating 1,185 Students

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 16, the Hai Phong multi-level school project invested by SH International Vietnam Education officially broke ground at the VSIP Hai Phong Township, Industrial and Service Park. The project is located on plot SSa in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Dinh Vu–Cat Hai Economic Zone, with a total floor area of 17,799 m². It is planned to include a five-story teaching facility capable of accommodating 1,185 students. Viteccons serves as the general contractor, responsible for structural works, finishing and decoration, MEP systems, infrastructure, and landscaping.

The project adopts an integrated general contracting implementation model, with Viteccons coordinating the main structure, interior and exterior finishing, MEP installation, site infrastructure, and landscaping construction. The project supervisor is Plus PM, and the investor is SH International Vietnam Education Ltd. Following this groundbreaking, the project has moved from the preparatory stage into on-site construction.

The project site is located within VSIP Hai Phong Township, Industrial and Service Park, within the Dinh Vu–Cat Hai Economic Zone in Hai Phong. SH International Vietnam Education was established in December 2025, with its registered address at the same location as the project site. Its business scope includes primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary education.

The school is planned according to an international bilingual education model. The investor intends to introduce the educational system of Stonyhurst College in the United Kingdom, combined with the Singaporean education model. At the current stage, publicly available project documents have specified the building scale, student capacity, general contracting scope, and supervision unit, but have not yet disclosed the total project investment, contract amount, specific completion date, or major equipment procurement arrangements.
