en.Wedoany.com Reported - Arrow Minerals has completed a gravity survey over three target areas at the Yarraloola Copper Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, while also securing funding from the Western Australian Government's Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS) to conduct a detailed electromagnetic survey at the site.

The infill gravity survey, conducted at 791 stations covering the Ava, Fraser, and Mr Thomas areas, aims to refine exploration targets for drilling planned later in 2026. The survey will complement previous magnetic and electrical geophysical studies conducted near the historic Yarraloola mine.
The EIS grant supports the next phase of exploration, including an electromagnetic survey designed to detect new copper mineralization and characterize known deposits. The plan involves induced polarization and fixed-loop electromagnetic methods, targeting massive sulfide bodies near existing mineralization.
Results from the electromagnetic survey will be integrated with magnetic and gravity data to inform the selection of final drilling targets. Arrow, in collaboration with geoscience consulting firm Newexco, has identified three primary drilling targets in the Fraser, Ava, and areas surrounding the historic Yarraloola copper mine.
Arrow also plans to generate additional targets in the northern (Mr Thomas) and southern areas through supplementary ground geophysical surveys and appropriate geochemical sampling.
The Yarraloola project is located approximately 80 kilometers east of Onslow and is accessible via gravel roads from the Northwest Coastal Highway. The copper project includes remnants of a historic mine and recent surface gold discoveries, with previous drilling revealing mineralization containing copper, silver, lead, and zinc.
In April of this year, Arrow Minerals signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the Yarraloola Copper Project. Shareholders approved the acquisition on June 17, 2026, and the transaction was completed on June 24, 2026. The company is currently reviewing and expanding its 2026 work plan and preparing to engage contractors and consultants for upcoming exploration activities.
