The Wuxi Xiyan Lake Digital Economy Incubation Base is located in Luoshe Town, Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It covers a total construction land area of approximately 12,544 square meters, with a total building area of about 13,300 square meters. The project integrates the China Energy Engineering Corporation Urban Integration Brand Experience Hall and the Yangtze River Delta Digital Marketing Talent Certification Center, serving as a key carrier for the integrated development of the local digital economy and green, low-carbon initiatives.

The China Energy Engineering Corporation Urban Integration Brand Experience Hall has obtained three certifications: Green Building Three-Star, Zero Energy Building, and Zero Carbon Building. The building achieves a comprehensive energy efficiency rate of 100%, a carbon reduction rate of 100%, and a renewable energy utilization rate of 121%. The project integrates cutting-edge low-carbon technologies such as Building Integrated Photovoltaics, integrated solar-storage-charging systems, and smart microgrids, with reserved geothermal interfaces, achieving full-area green power supply and establishing a comprehensive green energy technology system.

Once operational, the base will become the first core industrial carrier to be put into use in the startup area of the Wuxi Xiyan Lake Ecological Technology City. The project creates a low-carbon building demonstration carrier, leveraging mature zero-carbon construction practices to form a green construction pathway that can serve as a reference for the industry, helping to improve the supporting facilities of the Yangtze River Delta digital industry chain. This base is an important practice of China Energy Engineering Corporation in implementing the "dual carbon" goals and serving the high-quality development of cities, and will continue to provide practical support for the green and low-carbon transformation and digital industry development of Wuxi and the Yangtze River Delta region.
