en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 14, 2026, HydroGraph Clean Power signed an agreement with Western International Gas & Cylinders, under which the latter will supply acetylene gas for its graphene production facility in Belleville, Texas. HydroGraph CEO Kjirstin Breure called the agreement a "significant milestone" and stated that Western International is an ideal partner for HydroGraph, combining large-scale raw material production capabilities with deep operational expertise in safety, permitting, compliance, and infrastructure management.

Under the agreement, HydroGraph will purchase acetylene directly from Western International via pipeline, with an initial term of 10 years and an option to renew. Acetylene is the primary feedstock for the company's Hyperion reactor, which converts hydrocarbons into pure synthetic graphene products.
The two parties also signed a land lease agreement at Western International's Belleville facility, where the site will be used to build HydroGraph's new manufacturing plant. Western International President Brian Renouf noted that the dedicated pipeline connection and long-term supply agreement lay a solid foundation for domestic advanced materials production, while leveraging existing infrastructure to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable feedstock delivery.
Once completed, the facility is expected to cover approximately 3,700 square meters, with an estimated cost of $5 million. HydroGraph aims to produce up to 325 tons of its flagship product, Fractal Graphene, annually. The site is expected to begin production in the first half of 2027.
