en.Wedoany.com Reported - China's Huawei MateBook Pro has recently received the first national AI terminal intelligence grading L3 certification, becoming one of the first terminal products to pass this standard certification.

In May this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Commerce, and other departments jointly released the national standard series "Intelligence Grading for AI Terminals" (GB/Z 177—2026). This standard divides terminal intelligence levels into L1 Response, L2 Tool, L3 Assistant, and L4 Collaboration, with intelligence levels increasing sequentially. Among them, the L4 Collaboration level will be further clarified and refined in subsequent standard revisions.
The Huawei MateBook Pro is Huawei's first PC product to natively run HarmonyOS 5, officially launched in June 2025. It features a dedicated XiaoYi smart button, with AI functions integrating Huawei Pangu and DeepSeek large models, supporting HarmonyOS ecosystem interoperability, providing users with intelligent experiences in scenarios such as office work and learning.

HarmonyOS 6, released on October 22, 2025, introduced the HarmonyOS intelligent agent framework for HarmonyOS PCs, upgrading the smart office experience. The system added new features such as XiaoYi deep research, smart file management, and phone-PC tap-to-connect. In May this year, the Huawei MateBook Pro received the HarmonyOS 6.1 version upgrade, adding new features like immersive light-sensing visual effects.
In terms of hardware, the MateBook Pro is equipped with a 14.2-inch 3.1K flexible OLED ClearBright display, with a total weight of approximately 970 grams. It also adopts Huawei's Falcon architecture and foam copper VC cooling system, supporting 40W performance release.
