Goldwind Technology became the first winning candidate with a bid of 127.1016 million RMB, equivalent to a unit price of 1,524 RMB/kW.

This lot corresponds to the "Replacing Small Units with Large Ones" upgrade project of Huaneng Shandong Qingneng Company's Weihai Wind Farm, with an installed capacity of 83.4MW. It requires the installation of 10 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 8.0MW or above, a rotor diameter of no less than 210 meters, a hub height of 125 meters, steel tower structure, and a safety class meeting at least IEC IIB requirements. The project does not allow mixed turbine configurations and must meet the capacity composition of 49.5MW plus 33.9MW.

According to public information, the upgrade project plans to dismantle the original 33 units of 1.5MW turbines, select 10 locations from the original positions to replace them with large-capacity units, increasing capacity by 33.9MW. It has been included in the first batch of "Replacing Small with Large" upgrade projects approved by the National Energy Administration. Goldwind Technology has become the first winning candidate in this 83.4MW wind power upgrade project, having previously pre-won the 770MW lot in this series of centralized procurement.

The announcement period ends on July 20, 2026. The second and third winning candidates are Dongfang Electric Wind Power and CRRC Shandong Wind Power, respectively.
