en.Wedoany.com Reported - South Korean information security company RaonSecure has signed a contract with NH Nonghyup Property & Casualty Insurance to provide a security system based on quantum-resistant cryptography (PQC) for its "customer-centric digital channel transformation project."

According to RaonSecure on the 20th, following the signing of the first PQC supply contract in the financial sector with KDB Life Insurance last month, the company has secured a new order, expanding its related business to public institutions. It is currently in discussions with over 10 financial institutions regarding the adoption of PQC.
In this collaboration, RaonSecure will provide the mobile virtual keyboard TouchEn mTranskey, as well as the electronic signature solutions Key#Wireless and Key#Biz. TouchEn mTranskey uses PQC technology to protect customer information during the input stage, while Key#Wireless and Key#Biz apply PQC in authentication and electronic signature processes on mobile and PC environments, respectively.
Through these solutions, key stages of digital financial services—from customer information input to identity verification, electronic signatures, and transaction approval—will be strengthened with PQC technology. RaonSecure plans to expand the application of PQC from the financial and public sectors to industries handling large-scale data, such as telecommunications, platforms, healthcare, and manufacturing.
RaonSecure CEO Lee Jeong-ah stated, "This supply contract with NH Nonghyup Property & Casualty Insurance demonstrates that the practical application of quantum-resistant cryptography in financial service authentication and electronic signature environments is expanding. Based on the deployment experience accumulated in the financial sector, the company will lead the PQC transformation across multiple industries."
