This equipment is part of the commitments under Working Group 3 (SGT-3) of the Cotabambas Province and Progreso District Dialogue Space Framework Agreement, covering areas such as healthcare, solid waste management, road maintenance, water supply, and emergency response.

The delivered vehicles include two Toyota Hilux pickup trucks, a fully equipped Type III urban ambulance, a 15-cubic-meter solid waste compactor truck, a Caterpillar 420 backhoe excavator, two 15-cubic-meter dump trucks, and two tanker trucks with a capacity of 5,000 gallons each, along with related equipment and consumables. These supplies will enhance the operational capacity of the Challhuahuacho district government, with key benefits including: the new ambulance accelerating medical emergency response and patient transport; the compactor truck optimizing public cleaning services; and heavy machinery used for road maintenance, water supply, and emergency response.
