The MoU was signed by Travers Nicholas, Managing Director of Dell Technologies for the North Bay region, and Amr Samir, Scale AI's Country Director for Qatar.
This collaboration establishes a framework aimed at expanding the application of advanced AI solutions across Qatar, directly supporting the country's "Qatar National Vision 2030" goals. The partnership will also focus on strengthening Qatar's digital infrastructure, enabling local businesses and public sector entities to more easily access cutting-edge AI technologies.
Scale AI and Dell Technologies will explore pathways to deliver scalable, high-performance technology solutions in client, edge, and multi-cloud environments. The agreement will advance collaboration in three areas: Infrastructure—both parties will design integrated AI computing, networking, and storage stacks, combining Scale AI's software intelligence with Dell's AI Factory to deliver cohesive enterprise-grade solutions; Go-to-Market—they will develop joint reference architectures and coordinate go-to-market activities, including joint sales initiatives and co-marketing plans, to help organizations in key industry verticals implement customized AI workloads quickly and confidently; Talent Development—the collaboration will prioritize talent development through structured technical exchanges and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering cross-organizational capabilities in AI infrastructure to help grow Qatar's AI talent pool.
Amr Samir, Scale AI's Country Director for Qatar, stated that Scale's mission is to build reliable AI for the world's most important decisions, and few decisions are more critical than how a nation builds its own AI future.
