Cost control relies on a quantity calculation system that connects the entire data chain of quantity verification, progress collection, and cost control, achieving "one data source, multi-department reuse." The project simultaneously implements a "large team" management model, adopting measures such as permanent-temporary combined access road construction and resource utilization of engineering waste. On-site management introduces an drone intelligent inspection system for routine progress verification, hazard identification, and dust monitoring across the entire line. Additionally, a large-scale engineering personnel safety non-intrusive monitoring system is deployed, dynamically assessing workers' physiological and psychological states through non-contact detection, shifting safety management from "passive inspection" to "active prediction."

In terms of safety production, manual hole-digging piles implement full-process standardized control, with pre-embedded anti-fall anchor points at the collar and standardized enclosures at the pile opening. High-pier construction uses lightweight combined hoop connections for ladder cages, and mud pits are equipped with standardized working platforms.
