en.Wedoany.com Reported - Tajiri Resources (TSX-V:TAJ) has engaged Frontier Geosciences to conduct a high-resolution ground geophysical survey at the Yono Gold Project in Guyana, a step aimed at advancing the first drilling campaign at the deposit and improving understanding of the property's geology to generate high-quality drill targets.

All site preparation work, including the construction of survey lines and access roads, has been completed over the past two months. The field team is expected to soon begin a three-week geophysical survey covering induced polarization (IP), resistivity, ground magnetometry, and EM31 conductivity.

The survey aims to identify geological and structural controls beneath extensive hardcap cover, map the high-potential graphitic metasedimentary-volcanic contact zone in the central-western part of the property, and trace the mineralized diorite-volcaniclastic contact zone.

Tajiri stated that the survey will also investigate the potential down-dip extension of G Mining Ventures' (TSX:GMIN) High Road target and identify new geophysical anomalies that may represent deep-seated concealed gold mineralization.

The survey results will provide a detailed structural and geological framework to refine drill targets in preparation for the fully funded initial drilling program, which is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.

While advancing the Yono project toward drilling, Tajiri is evaluating other high-quality exploration opportunities in Guyana. The company has completed due diligence and advanced negotiations on several promising gold properties and expects to announce an acquisition within the next month.

The company believes that systematic exploration at Yono, a funded drill path, and the potential to add another high-quality Guyana gold asset will position Tajiri for an active development phase in the second half of 2026.

Tajiri Resources is a junior gold exploration and development company focused on deposit discovery in Guyana, an emerging destination in South America.
