en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Consortium Zad Feira de Santana (Consórcio Zad Feira de Santana) won the concession for public rotating parking services in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia, this Tuesday (4th), a service commonly known as "Blue Zone" (Zona Azul). The bidding took place at B3 exchange in São Paulo (SP), with evaluation criteria combining the best technical proposal and the highest concession bid.

As the sole bidder, the consortium formed by Primeira Estacionamentos Ltda, Eysa Estacionamentos e Serviços Unipessoal Ltda, and MOB Parking Ltda proposed a variable concession fee of 36.19% of total monthly parking space revenue. The bid requirement stipulated that offers must exceed 25% of total monthly parking space revenue.

The contract term is 20 years, with an estimated investment of approximately R$134.7 million for the implementation, operation, management, and maintenance of the rotating parking system.
