All new routes are operated by Boeing 737-8 aircraft. Among them, Muscat to Singapore and Muscat to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, are entirely new destinations; additionally, routes from Muscat to Abu Dhabi, Muscat to Sochi, Russia, and a regional route from Salalah, Oman, to Dubai have been introduced.

Under the expanded schedule, the Muscat–Singapore route operates four times weekly, the Muscat–Tashkent route twice weekly, the Muscat–Sochi route once weekly, the Salalah–Dubai route three times weekly, and the Abu Dhabi route daily.

The twice-weekly frequency on the Muscat–Tashkent route is expected to meet growing trade demand for perishable goods and other time-sensitive commodities. The four-times-weekly Muscat–Singapore route extends Oman Air Cargo's operations to one of Asia's largest air cargo hubs, improving access to Southeast Asian markets and subsequent global interline connections.

Mike Duggan, Head of Oman Air Cargo, stated that the five new destinations strengthen the options available to cargo customers, offering greater Asian connectivity while supporting the efficient transport of time-sensitive and high-value goods. As trade between Oman and Asia continues to grow, the network expansion provides customers with greater flexibility, better market access, and more efficient routing choices. He also noted that the new routes enhance Oman Air Cargo's perishable goods transport capabilities, a key objective in addressing the expanding customer base.

Established in 2009, Oman Air Cargo operates a fleet of Boeing 737 MAX and 787-9 aircraft, providing cargo connectivity to over 200 destinations worldwide through its Muscat hub.
