The project is located in Lee Garden Rojana Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, Thailand, covering an area of 16,000 square meters, with the capacity for local filling, storage, transportation, and distribution of industrial gases. According to Jiuce Gas's official website, Jiuce Thailand was established in 2024, and the company has an operating entity in Rayong Province.

The Phase I project can fill and supply products such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, mixed gases, and electronic specialty gases. Product specifications cover both general industrial-grade and high-purity gases, which can be used in production processes such as welding and cutting, heat treatment, shielding gas, purging, testing, and etching.

Following the commencement of production, the business scope of Jiuce Gas (Thailand) Co., Ltd. includes gas product supply, distribution, gas supply accessories, technical support, and emergency supply. Jiuce Gas's existing business covers bulk gas production, specialty gas R&D and customization, gas engineering construction, and gas logistics and transportation. Its product portfolio includes electronic gases, ultra-high-purity and high-pressure gases, calibration gases, mixed gases, and conventional industrial gases.

Lee Garden Rojana Industrial Estate is located in Rayong Province, Thailand. The Phase I planned area of the estate covers 2,300 rai and has been approved by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand; the estate is currently advancing the development of Phase II, covering an area of approximately 2,000 rai.
