en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 31, CNH entered into a strategic alliance with Canadian seeding equipment manufacturer Bourgault Industries. Under the agreement, Bourgault will produce co-branded seeding equipment for CNH, which will be sold through CNH's Case IH and New Holland dealer networks in North America, Australia, and other target markets. The initial range of products will cover precision seeding and pneumatic air drill systems, high-capacity pneumatic seed tanks, as well as supporting digital technology and control systems.

The two parties have confirmed that future products will enter CNH's sales system under the names "Case IH by Bourgault" and "New Holland by Bourgault," with Bourgault responsible for manufacturing the related co-branded seeding equipment, and CNH handling branding, distribution channels, precision agriculture technology, and customer support. At this stage, neither party has disclosed specific equipment models, supply volumes, contract values, or the launch timeline for the first batch of products.

This collaboration involves adjustments to CNH's existing seeding equipment supply system. Information released by CNH to its suppliers indicates that, during the period when the two parties are finalizing commercial and operational details, the company will continue to support its current seeding equipment product portfolio; its production facility in Saskatoon, Canada, will continue to manufacture seeding machines and combine harvester headers, and production will not cease as a result of this Bourgault collaboration.

Bourgault, headquartered in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada, is currently a subsidiary of Linamar, with products focused on seeding equipment required for large-scale agricultural operations. This collaboration brings Bourgault's existing seeding equipment into the Case IH and New Holland sales channels, with the agreement explicitly covering North America and Australia, while reserving other international seeding equipment markets.

The scope of collaborative products also includes digital control systems that complement the seeding equipment. CNH's official documents list precision seeding, pneumatic air drill systems, and high-capacity pneumatic seed tanks as the core product categories under the agreement, with subsequent commercial and operational details still being finalized.
