UK's SINO Opens 750-Square-Meter Precision Mold Processing Plant in Mexico

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 16, further details were disclosed regarding the construction and operation of the precision mold plant of UK-based SINO Manufacturing in El Marqués, Querétaro, Mexico. The plant is located in the El Colorado micro-industrial park, with an investment of approximately USD 8.3 million and an operating area of 750 square meters. It mainly engages in industrial mold manufacturing, repair, and plastic injection molding processing, and plans to provide 50 specialized technical positions. The plant has been equipped with two injection molding machines with clamping forces of 90 tons and 150 tons respectively, and plans to add a 300-ton machine.

The plant's existing processing facilities include CNC machine tools, electrical discharge machining equipment, milling machines, lathes, and mold inspection instruments, and can handle industrial molds weighing up to 10 tons. Equipment repair services include preventive mold maintenance, fault repair, engineering design changes, precision adjustment, surface polishing, and dimensional inspection. Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is also configured for mold cleaning and maintenance operations.

The plant offers mold repair and plastic injection molding processing services, using injection molding equipment to produce plastic parts and processing some combined products of plastic, metal, and electronic components. Existing products involve components related to liquid and gas measurement equipment, and the related production and repair operations serve local industrial customers in Mexico.
