en.Wedoany.com Reported - Hai Robotics has announced that it has won an automation project for a new e-commerce fulfillment center of a major European fashion retailer, and will deploy more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb rack-climbing warehouse robots within a single system. Hai Robotics stated that this project will become its largest rack-climbing warehouse robot deployment project worldwide to date.

The project's automated operation area covers approximately 30,000 square meters and will build about 1.2 million double-deep storage locations, with a designed system throughput of more than 24,000 totes per hour. More than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots will be connected to the same integrated automation system, handling e-commerce order fulfillment operations through a goods-to-person model.

The project adopts an upgraded version of the HaiPick Climb double-deep system. This system uses robots that travel along the rack structure to store and retrieve totes, increasing storage density while handling high-frequency order picking tasks. The buyer has previously operated HaiPick systems at multiple facilities in Europe, and this project represents a further expansion based on the existing cooperation between the two parties.

According to the project parameters, the new center will integrate more than 1,500 robots, 1.2 million storage locations, and a throughput capacity of more than 24,000 totes per hour into a single automated fulfillment system. The buyer's name, the specific country where the project is located, the contract amount, and the planned commissioning time have not yet been disclosed.
