Denmark's Slagelse Lift Takes Delivery of 100 m Ruthmann Aerial Work Platform

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 23, Danish aerial work equipment rental company Slagelse Lift took delivery of a Ruthmann T 1000 HF truck-mounted aerial work platform with a maximum working height of 100 m. The unit surpasses the 90 m T 900 HF purchased by the company in 2025, making it the highest-reaching truck-mounted aerial work platform in Slagelse Lift's current fleet.

The T 1000 HF features a five-section lower boom, a four-section upper boom and an HF articulated jib, with a maximum horizontal outreach of approximately 39 m. Its telescopic work platform measures 3.82 m × 0.97 m, and the machine weighs approximately 53 t, mounted on a standard five-axle chassis. The unit is also equipped with the DRS working range optimization system and the RTC remote service and fleet monitoring system for working range management, equipment status monitoring and subsequent maintenance.

According to the deployment plan announced by Slagelse Lift, the unit will serve both the Danish and other European markets, primarily for high-altitude work scenarios such as communication towers, wind turbines, high-rise building facades, infrastructure and high-voltage transmission lines. Its 100 m-class working height enables the equipment to cover some of the working range previously handled by conventional high-reach aerial work platforms and specialized lifting equipment.

Slagelse Lift currently has approximately 300 aerial work equipment units, of which about 25 are truck-mounted aerial work platforms, covering working heights from 45 m to 100 m. The company also operates boom lifts, scissor lifts, mast lifts and trailer-mounted aerial work platforms, as well as telehandlers and glass handling equipment. Following the delivery of this T 1000 HF, the upper limit of its truck-mounted platform height range has increased from 90 m to 100 m.

The Ruthmann T 1000 HF is a 100 m-class model developed on the basis of the T 900 HF, primarily increasing the maximum working height by lengthening the boom structure while maintaining approximately 39 m of horizontal outreach and the five-axle chassis configuration. This purchase by Slagelse Lift corresponds to the official delivery milestone of the equipment, which will subsequently enter the stage of cross-regional rental and on-site engineering operations.
