en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 28, Canada's BP Silver announced the results of Phase 2 drilling at the Jalsuri North target of the Cosuño silver project in Bolivia. Hole CO-0019 intersected a 10-meter mineralized zone from a depth of 3 meters, grading 183.62 g/t silver and 0.59 g/t gold, including 2 meters grading 506.50 g/t silver and 1.08 g/t gold.

The same hole also intersected a 100-meter mineralized zone from a depth of 2 meters, grading 1.25% zinc, equivalent to 2.49% zinc equivalent. Hole CO-0016 intersected a 96-meter mineralized zone from a depth of 4 meters, grading 1.37% zinc, equivalent to 1.91% zinc equivalent; the final 2 meters of this hole graded 4.18% zinc and 3.44 g/t silver.

Both holes CO-0016 and CO-0019 terminated within the zinc mineralized zone. Accordingly, BP Silver will continue step-out drilling at Jalsuri North to test the continuity of the mineralized system along depth and laterally. The hole lengths reported herein are all drill core intersection lengths; true thicknesses have not yet been determined.

Phase 2 drilling at the Cosuño project is currently focused on testing targets including Jalsuri North. The company has previously obtained polymetallic mineralization results including silver, bismuth, and antimony at other targets of the project, but these two holes further confirm the coexistence of silver-gold mineralization and broad zinc mineralization at shallow depths at Jalsuri North.
