Unitika of Japan recently announced the launch of a new transparent coating resin product suitable for building materials. This resin is designed for manual brushing, primarily applied to walls, floors, and metal surfaces, aiming to enhance the substrate's durability and anti-rust performance.

Compared to the earlier product which exhibited a pale yellow hue, this newly developed transparent coating resin achieves a colorless and transparent state through technical improvements, making it more conducive to preserving the original appearance of building materials. During application, the two resin components need to be mixed before being applied. As its curing process requires a certain amount of time, it does not rely on spray gun equipment; application can be completed using a scraper or brush, making it particularly suitable for surfaces with complex shapes.

The launch of this transparent coating resin provides a new surface treatment solution for building maintenance and decoration, balancing ease of application with a focus on improving the protective performance and aesthetics of the materials.
