US Company Clark Pacific's New Arizona Plant Breaks Ground in September 2026, Tripling Production Capacity

The new plant will cover approximately 110 acres once fully built out, with construction proceeding in phases and the final phase scheduled for completion in spring 2027. Clark Pacific has already activated temporary production facilities at the project site, commencing prefabricated building systems production in parallel with the construction of the permanent plant. Once the new facility is fully operational, the company's overall production capacity is expected to increase to three times its current level.

The Coolidge facility will supply prefabricated building systems to the U.S. Southwest and Mountain West regions, with applications spanning large-scale commercial buildings, parking structures, data centers, advanced manufacturing plants, and institutional projects. Clark Pacific employs a factory-prefabrication and on-site installation delivery model, manufacturing structural components, building envelope systems, and select mechanical and electrical supporting assemblies at its production facilities before transporting them to project sites for assembly. Once the new plant is completed, it will work in conjunction with the company's existing western production network to deliver regional projects.

Data centers will be one of the key downstream applications served by this facility. Clark Pacific's existing AccelCore prefabricated data center system encompasses structural shells, floor and roof systems, insulated wall panels, equipment interfaces, and prefabricated mechanical platforms, among other modules. The typical structural design supports floor loads of over 400 pounds per square foot, with certain areas capable of reaching 600 pounds, and enables clear-span layouts exceeding 60 feet. The company also offers the AccelDeck prefabricated cooling equipment platform and the AccelGen prefabricated generator building for data center mechanical and electrical infrastructure integration.

Clark Pacific's published portfolio of existing data center projects shows that the company has participated in more than 32 data center projects across the United States, having cumulatively delivered or currently implementing over 13 million square feet of structural and envelope systems, corresponding to more than 2,216 MW of critical computing facility capacity. Projects span the Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, Southwest, Midwest, and Southern U.S. regions. The capacity expansion at the new Coolidge plant will directly increase the company's supply capability for prefabricated components used in these large-scale, highly standardized projects.

In addition to structural systems, Clark Pacific also manufactures building facades, parking structures, and other precast concrete components at its plants. The company's existing structural product portfolio includes data center structural systems, parking garage systems, and the NetZero building platform, and it employs its proprietary CARBONSHIELD concrete mix, which reduces cement content by approximately 20% in certain structural products. Once the Coolidge facility becomes operational, all of these standardized products will be positioned to expand supply to projects across the U.S. Southwest.

Project construction and production readiness are currently being pursued in parallel. Rather than waiting for all plant buildings to be completed before commencing operations, Clark Pacific is initiating production in temporary facilities while advancing the phased construction of the permanent campus. The Arizona Commerce Authority has confirmed that the project has entered the construction phase, with the final stage scheduled for completion in spring 2027.
