Wedoany.com Report on Feb 11th, In 2019, Indonesian expert Heru joined a construction machinery manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China, serving as the Overseas Manufacturing Director. Reflecting on that time, Heru stated, "I joined the company at a very opportune moment, as it was a critical phase for us to step into the global market." Leveraging his extensive experience in international manufacturing, he participated in the company's process of expanding its overseas business.

Heru's work focuses on promoting precise alignment between products and the diverse demands of global markets. He pointed out, "For example, in some overseas countries, local markets prefer products with simple designs, easy maintenance, durability, and cost-effectiveness." This localized product strategy has become one of the key factors for Chinese construction machinery enterprises gaining recognition in overseas markets.
Taking the Indonesian market as an example, Heru illustrated the development of China's construction machinery. He said, "The momentum of Chinese products in the Indonesian market has been particularly strong." The company established a subsidiary in Indonesia in January 2020, with an initial annual sales volume of less than 300 units. By 2024, annual deliveries had exceeded 3,000 units. The company not only sells products but also supports local talent development and industry growth through initiatives like establishing training schools.
Heru believes that Chinese manufacturing has distinct characteristics in terms of response speed and problem-solving. He stated, "Even when encountering issues in the high-end product sector, Chinese enterprises possess a unique and efficient problem-solving capability: fast response, rapid solution development, and quick testing and verification." According to data, in 2025, the export value of high-tech products from the People's Republic of China reached 5.25 trillion yuan, with significant growth in the specialized equipment sector.
Regarding the global competitiveness of Chinese construction machinery, Heru remarked, "Currently, Chinese construction machinery has become a high-quality supply option in the overseas heavy equipment market." He himself attended related events in Beijing, which he considered an honor, and expressed his willingness to continue working with the team to translate development visions into tangible results.
