China's First Self-Developed Intelligent PC Track Beam Transport and Erection Equipment Put into Use in Huangshan

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 20, China's first self-developed intelligent PC track beam transport and erection equipment was put into use on the Huangshan Tourism Line T1, marking the project's entry into the stage of large-scale intelligent beam erection construction. The equipment was jointly developed by China Railway Shangtou and China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group under China Railway.

The equipment set includes a bridge erecting machine, a beam transport vehicle, an integrated transport and erection machine for maintenance passages, and an in-tunnel transporter. The bridge erecting machine participating in on-site construction is China's first single-machine dual-girder erection equipment, with a total length of 58.5 meters and a weight of 110 tonnes, capable of adapting to small-radius curved lines. Its special structural design can meet the operational needs within narrow tunnels; its outriggers can rotate and traverse laterally to adapt to curves under different working conditions; and the combined spreader is used to enhance the safety of high-altitude disassembly and assembly operations. Meanwhile, the machine integrates multiple sensors for cameras, wind speed, inclination angle, load, and more, enabling real-time monitoring of construction conditions and intelligent safety control.

As China's first self-developed intelligent transport and erection complete equipment set, its deployment has solved the challenge of track beam erection under complex mountainous conditions, significantly improved construction efficiency and safety assurance capabilities, and laid the foundation for the erection of 4,343 PC track beams across the entire line.

Phase I of the Huangshan Tourism Line T1 connects Huangshan North Station and Huangshan East Gate Station, extending from south to north with a total length of 43.62 kilometers and a bridge-tunnel ratio of 97.94%. Once the project is completed and put into operation, the existing bottleneck in Huangshan's tourism transportation services will be resolved, the region's comprehensive transportation support capacity will be comprehensively enhanced, the tourism development model will be innovated, and the high-quality development of the local economy will continue to be empowered.
