As an aluminium door and window manufacturer and installer, Jordon Company is celebrating its 40th anniversary after approving a £3 million investment plan. Founded by husband-and-wife team John and Nikki Pucar in Cheltenham, the company aims to increase annual revenue to £35 million by 2030, with plans to open a second manufacturing plant and expand its retail network.

This family business, named after their children Joseph and Daniella, continues to grow and currently employs over 120 staff at its Tewkesbury headquarters and design centres in Winchester and the Isle of Wight. The production and design of its own-brand "Lusso" aluminium door and window range align with its core values, including high manufacturing standards, attention to detail, quality customer service, and a no-pressure sales approach.

John said: "The company started on our kitchen table at home, and it's been a long journey since 1985. Nikki set three rules: no-pressure sales, no trading on bank holidays or Christmas, and naming the company after the children. These values remain a core part of who we are today."

He added: "We are committed to reaching new heights, which is why we have approved a £3 million investment for new equipment, a network of design centres, and a second manufacturing plant on the Isle of Wight. This investment is the perfect gift to celebrate our 40th anniversary."

By 2026, Jordon Company had designed, manufactured, and installed aluminium doors and windows for residential and commercial clients, serving the education, healthcare, and industrial sectors. The company's "Lusso" range is produced at its Tewkesbury factory, while its "Portofino" uPVC window range is supplied through long-term partner CO Manufacturing.

Commercial business accounts for 60% of the current £18 million turnover, with retail operations strengthened through the acquisitions of Wessex Window Systems, Micron Doors & Windows, Coastline Home Improvements, and Top Windows.

The latest initiative includes taking a stake in Eden Doors & Conservatories, a retailer operating in Kent and Orpington, Greater London, which will help Jordon Company enter new markets in the South East.

John also said: "We focus on nurturing the next generation in the industry. We established an apprentice academy in 2000 to provide training and give apprentices insight into all areas of the business. Over the past 25 years, the academy has trained over 100 employees, two of whom have joined the board."

Managing Director Joseph Pucar added: "The company's atmosphere embodies the family ethos, which is reflected in how we manufacture our products, create design centres, and deliver installation services. We have completed over 500,000 installations and are now focused on building for the next generation. We look forward to implementing the £3 million expansion plan."
