Project Title: Complementary Road Transport Service for Day Tourist Train Routes in Galicia Subject of Contract: To provide complementary road passenger transport services for day tourist train routes in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, Spain. Core Service Content: To provide scheduled, fixed-point, fixed-route road passenger shuttle services from railway stations to major tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, or event venues for designated day tourist train routes. Services must cover the entire tourist season and may include fixed schedules on a daily or weekly basis on specific days. Fleet Requirements: Vehicle Type: Comfortable, safe, sightseeing-appropriate, and environmentally friendly coaches must be provided. The specific vehicle models (e.g., medium coaches, luxury buses) and quantity are to be determined based on estimated passenger flow. Vehicle Standards: All vehicles must comply with current EU safety and emission standards, be in good condition, and be equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating, luggage storage space, and necessary accessibility facilities. Branding & Livery: Vehicles may need to be externally branded according to Renfe's specifications to maintain visual service uniformity. Personnel Requirements: Drivers: All drivers must hold valid Spanish (or EU-recognized) driving licenses for the corresponding vehicle category, possess extensive passenger transport driving experience, and have received basic tourism service etiquette training. Service Quality Monitoring: Service quality indicators must be established, such as punctuality rate, vehicle cleanliness, passenger complaint handling time, etc., with regular service reports submitted to Renfe.
