Important Commercial & Legal Terms:

Award Principle: The Municipality does not guarantee acceptance of the lowest price or any tender and reserves the right to accept the tender in whole or in part. Based on technical specifications and market analysis, it reserves the right to reasonably increase or decrease the quantity of equipment in the contract.
