Comprehensive Inspection: Conducting a full technical inspection of the tank (including shell, roof, bottom, and auxiliary facilities), covering visual inspection, corrosion assessment, weld inspection, foundation settlement measurement, etc., in compliance with industry standards (e.g., API standards). Sealing System Upgrade: Supplying and installing a new high-performance primary sealing system to ensure volatile organic compound control and safe operation of the tank. Documentation & Reporting: Providing complete inspection reports, construction records, and as-built documentation. Bidder's Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements: Qualification Certificate: Must hold a valid contracting qualification certificate for the oil and gas field, issued by the Iranian Plan and Budget Organization, with a grade not lower than five, and uploaded in the STaD system. System Registration: Must be registered in the Iranian Government Electronic Procurement System and obtain an electronic signature certificate. Information Submission: Must accurately enter the company's economic code, national identification number, complete postal address, fax, and telephone number in the STaD system. Capacity Declaration: Must submit the "Contractor's Self-Declaration Form for Free Capacity" in the STaD system, with information consistent with the "Sajar" system and the National Contracts Database. Pricing Basis: Prices should be based on domestically produced Iranian goods, considering quality factors. Bid Bond: Amount is 409,268,1,278 Iranian Rials. Must be provided in the form of a bank guarantee or cash, according to the Iranian National Guarantee Transactions Regulations (No. 13949/02).
