Mandatory Product Certifications: Euroheat & Power 001 certificate and AGFW FW 605 certificate

Quality Management System: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate

Environmental Management System: DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 certificate

Energy Management System: DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 certificate

Welding and Inspection Standards: Steel welded joints must comply with DIN EN ISO 5817 standard, 100% radiographic testing mandatory for welds on DN 200 and above

Foam Test Certificate: Test certificate according to DVS 2212-4 standard required

Bidder Qualification Requirements:

Economic and Financial Standing: Average annual turnover of at least EUR 9.5 million over the last 3 complete financial years

Company Size: Average number of employees at least 50 over the last 3 years

Professional Insurance: Minimum public liability insurance coverage: EUR 3 million for personal injury, EUR 3 million for property damage

Relevant Experience: At least 2 comparable framework agreement performances in the last 2 years, each with a single-year turnover of at least EUR 500,000

Language and System: Must be able to execute the project and communicate in German, and use GAEB XML format for electronic tender document processing
