Project Description: This project involves the renewal of the railway line on the Güterglück to Trebnitz section, approximately 2.8 km in length, using the progressive renewal method.

Scope of Works includes two track directions: Güterglück-Trebnitz direction (km 27,471-km 30,320) and Trebnitz-Güterglück direction (km 30,320-km 27,524).

Track Renewal: Renewal of approximately 2.8 km of track in each direction using the progressive renewal method.

Ballast Cleaning: Mechanized ballast cleaning for approximately 2.7 km in each direction.

Level Crossing & Overpass Works: At level crossings km 27,810 and km 28,417 and overpass km 29,51, renewal of approximately 100 m of track (including removal and installation of crossing surfacing).

Level Crossing Surfacing Works: Removal and installation of level crossing surfacing.

Side Track Supporting Structure: Construction of side track supporting structure, approximately 480 m (Direction One) and approximately 980 m (Direction Two).

Removal of Old Mast Foundations: Removal of 3 old catenary mast foundations.

Tamping and Alignment: Track tamping and alignment work.

Welding Work: Rail welding.

Side Track and Shunting Track Restoration: Restoration of side tracks and shunting tracks, approximately 2,850 m in Direction One and approximately 2,750 m in Direction Two.

Rail Grinding: Rail grinding.

Insulated Joint Work: Work related to insulated joints.

Complete Sleeper Set Renewal: Renewal of complete sleeper sets for switches W28, W29, W30.

Planned Timeline: Expected commencement on July 13, 2026, completion by December 31, 2026.

In the latter case, supporting documents must be submitted within 6 calendar days upon request by the contracting authority.

Required Declarations: Include, but are not limited to, declaration of membership in professional indemnity insurance, declaration of commercial or trade register entry, declaration of cooperation with other enterprises, declaration of not being blacklisted by DB AG, declaration of no legal violations, declaration of antitrust compliance and anti-corruption, declaration of past contract performance, declaration of commercial register extract, declaration of no improper influence on the tender, declaration of compliance with DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners or equivalent, declaration of tax and social security contributions, declaration of no bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, declaration of no fraud or concealment of information.

Declaration of Relationship with Design Unit: Tenderers must declare whether they have a corporate law relationship (affiliated company within the meaning of Section 18 of the German Stock Corporation Act), family relationship, or economic dependency with the design unit commissioned by the contracting authority.
