Project Description: The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of an ICT system for handling the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource, along with the necessary IT infrastructure for the project partner, the Municipality of Koszalin, divided into two parts: 1) Supply and full implementation of a system for handling the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource for the Municipal Office in Koszalin, providing internet access to spatial and descriptive data via the PZGiK portal, including data migration from the Purchaser's existing databases; 2) Supply, installation, and configuration of IT infrastructure for the Municipal Office in Koszalin for implementing the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource handling system and ensuring an appropriate level of cybersecurity for the Municipal Office.

Completion of at least 3 electronic service launch contracts (at least maturity level 4) in the past 5 years

Implementation Expert: At least 3 design/analysis project experiences for GIS systems or PZGiK systems in the past 5 years

Operation and Maintenance Expert: At least 3 years of operation and maintenance experience for PZGiK-related systems in the past 5 years
