Battery Box Frame The main structural body of the battery box, used to carry internal components, providing hardware support for battery swapping. 1
Vehicle Mounting Base Installed on the vehicle frame, used to carry the battery box. Features locking and unlocking functions, equipped with a female connector, providing hardware support for battery swapping. 1
CTB-200 Battery PACK The energy storage unit of the battery box, capable of charging and discharging. Can be equipped with BMS and TMS for data and thermal management of the pack itself. Configured in a 4-parallel group. 4
High-Voltage Distribution Box (PDU) The power distribution unit of the battery box. Executes power distribution and protection functions for the battery box based on commands from the control unit. The battery box has an internal BMS control unit responsible for logic control, data management, and communication with the vehicle. 1
Water Cooling Unit The cooling and heating unit of the battery box, a core component of the TMS thermal management system. Provides cooling and heating for the battery PACKs via liquid cooling/heating. 2
