Application Scope

The waste liquid treatment system is an essential instrument for treating wastewater generated by online water quality monitoring systems in environmental monitoring departments. The instrument uses wastewater neutralization treatment method, by adding alkaline reagent (sodium hydroxide) and acidic reagent (hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid), neutralizing the pH value of the waste liquid to 6.5~8.5, then filtering through the filtration system, and discharging after reaching the national prescribed discharge standard.

Instrument Features

•Sampling adjustment range: (0~60) L/H, water pressure range 0.3~0.6 MPa, waste/recovery rate 1/1.5, mainly treating wastewater through ultrafiltration and activated carbon adsorption;

•The instrument can be used in manual and automatic modes. In automatic mode, cycle periods can be set as needed; in manual mode, sampling processing starts immediately by setting only the sampling duration;

•The instrument is small in size, integrated, occupies little space, easy to install, unlike traditional wastewater treatment processes which have high cost, long construction period, high civil engineering proportion, and high energy consumption during operation. Small wastewater treatment systems have advantages such as high efficiency, integration, automation, energy saving, and small footprint;

•The instrument uses neutralization method, low consumption cost, relatively easy to meet discharge standards;

•The instrument is equipped with a filtration device using ultrafiltration direct drinking water purifier, making discharged water quality close to drinking water standard, enabling reclaimed water reuse and water conservation;

•The instrument uses a 3.2-inch LCD screen, full-screen touch operation, parameter setting or modification is more direct, efficient, and concise.
