Application Scope
This unit can preprocess high-temperature sample gas, effectively removing smoke dust, acid mist, and aerosols from the sample gas, and selectively removing gaseous moisture while largely retaining the gaseous pollutants to be detected. The instrument features short preheating time, simple operation, portability, and excellent dehumidification effect. It is mainly used for flue gas sampling preprocessing in heavy and highly polluting industries such as thermal power, chemical, electronics, steel, etc., as well as various complex working condition flues. It provides reliable assurance for accurate measurement by flue gas analyzers under ultra-low emission conditions.
Instrument Features
•Dust Removal: External and internal filters can remove particles smaller than 1 micron from the sample gas;
•Ammonia Removal: Built-in ammonia filter inside the unit removes ammonia that may damage the drying tube through periodically replaceable ammonia removal packing, extending equipment service life;
