Application Scope

The TH-890C portable infrared flue gas analyzer is suitable for determination of concentrations of harmful gases such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, NOₓ in exhaust from various boilers, industrial furnaces, and other fixed pollution sources, and can calculate emission concentration and emission quantity based on working condition parameters; suitable for determination of concentrations of harmful gases such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, NOₓ in atmosphere; suitable for determination of efficiency of various desulfurization and denitrification equipment; can also be used for determination of flue gas oxygen content and excess air coefficient.

Instrument Features

•The instrument uses non-dispersive infrared absorption measurement principle, with high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, high measurement accuracy;

•The analyzer can simultaneously measure 5 components (SO₂, NO, NO₂, NOₓ, O₂);

•Uses electrochemical method to measure oxygen content;

•The instrument has internal temperature compensation function, suitable for use in different temperature and humidity environments;

•The instrument has dual ranges with range ratio 10:1, can select high/low range or automatic range switching mode according to different site needs;

•Equipped with flue gas processor to cool, dehumidify, and remove water from flue gas before entering the analyzer for detection;

•Historical data saving, printing, and download function, copy data to U disk via USB interface for saving, automatically generate EXCEL format.
