Application Scope
Traditional smoke dust sampling uses filter cartridge sampling and laboratory weighing method, which is technically mature and widely applied in China. In recent years, with the deepening of environmental protection in China and the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, the particulate matter concentration emitted from pollution sources has become increasingly low, and some shortcomings of traditional sampling methods have become more obvious, such as excessively long sampling time required, filter cartridge breakage and weight loss, residual in sampling nozzle, etc.
To this end, our company has developed a sampling gun that meets low-concentration smoke dust sampling. This sampling gun can meet the sampling needs of low concentration (below 50mg/m³) and high-temperature working conditions for particulate matter.
Instrument Features
•The sampling gun can meet the sampling needs of low concentration (below 50mg/m³) and high-temperature working conditions for particulate matter, with wide adaptability;
•Uses integrated weighing method for sampling nozzle and filter membrane; no sample adhesion loss, small sampling error;
•Overall weight of sampling head less than 20g, can meet weighing requirements with 1/10000 balance;
•Filter membrane and sampling head are prepared and weighed in the laboratory, directly used on site;
•Multiple sampling nozzles with different diameters to meet different sampling flow rate requirements.
