Application Scope

The instrument uses β-ray absorption method principle, collects particulate matter samples from fixed pollution source flue exhaust by isokinetic sampling, directly reads particulate matter mass on site, calculates particulate matter concentration. The measurement results are equivalent to the classic sampling gravimetric method.

Instrument Features

•Integrates smoke dust direct reading, flue gas analysis, smoke dust sampling, particulate matter particle size analysis and other functional software, users can optionally equip flue gas analysis module to achieve simultaneous smoke dust and flue gas sampling analysis, optional low-concentration smoke dust sampling tube for smoke dust sampling, optional impact smoke dust cutter for seven-stage flue particulate matter particle size analysis;

•Uses β-ray absorption method principle, on-site automatic measurement of dust mass and emission;

•Uses low-activity exempt 14C source, safe and reliable;

•Minimum detection limit 0.01mg/m³, meets ultra-low emission monitoring requirements;

•Uses filter tape sampling, sampling and measurement at different positions, automatically executed by precise paper feeding mechanism, avoids moisture and pollutant influence on measurement results, high measurement accuracy;

•Sampling tube full tube heating insulation, filter tape sampling point heating insulation, avoids moisture condensation affecting measurement results;

•Sampling tube inner wall processed with polishing process, reduces particulate matter loss, improves measurement accuracy;

•β-ray detection unit constant temperature operation, ensures stable counting, accurate mass measurement;

•Uses standard membrane for mass calibration, accurate and reliable data;

•Built-in drying program, can effectively eliminate influence of moisture on sampling spots on mass measurement;

•Uses 7-inch industrial-grade high-brightness touch screen for display and operation, better human-machine interaction experience;

•Flow rate up to 110L/min, can meet various smoke dust sampling requirements;

•Optional Bluetooth printer for data printing.
