The product complies with GB 3095-2012 Ambient Air Quality Standard; HJ 654-2013 Technical Requirements and Detection Methods for Continuous Automatic Monitoring Systems of Gaseous Pollutants (SO₂, NO₂, O₃, CO) in Ambient Air.

Application Scope

The TH-2003BZ(SRP) primary ozone calibration system mainly consists of SRP host, zero air supply system, high-precision pressure sensor, system workstation, SRP and ozone analyzer module, laboratory ventilation and auxiliary facilities. The SRP host is composed of internal ozone generator or external ozone generation system, zero gas generator system, ultraviolet photometer, and control system (computer data acquisition and control).

Instrument Features

•The instrument uses 7-inch touch color screen with full Chinese menu-style operation interface, touch control simplifies operation procedures, microprocessor controls mass flow controller flow;

•Chinese and English menu-style operation interface, operating system;

•Uses digital mass flowmeters to better ensure accuracy, stability, repeatability, etc. of gas distribution flow;

•Has multi-parameter alarm function;

•All valves and fittings are made of PTFE or PVDF to reduce impact on concentration;

•Ozone calibration system externally provides large amount of dry, high-purity, stable zero gas source;

•Externally provides high-stability integrated ozone generator to ensure ozone supply stability;

•Ozone calibration system provides unified high-precision standard ultraviolet photometer;

•0-5L high-precision rotameter accurately controls ultraviolet photometer flow;

•Independent integrated data acquisition system, clear graphical display of system working status, massive historical data storage, query and output functions (every 1min).
