Product Introduction

System Introduction

The TH-890 flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS) is suitable for real-time continuous monitoring of pollutant emissions from fixed pollution sources in industries such as metallurgy, energy, chemical, cement, etc. Its performance meets the requirements of the latest national standards including Technical Requirements and Detection Methods for Continuous Monitoring Systems of Flue Gas Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources (HJ/T76-2017), Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Flue Gas Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources (HJ/T75-2017), Technical Specification for Transmission and Exchange of Automatic Monitoring Information of Environmental Pollution Sources (HJ/T352-2017), and other relevant standards.

Instrument Features

•The system adopts industrial instrument modular design, selects standard electrical control cabinet, system structure realizes electrical separation and independent control;

•For high-humidity conditions, flue gas dehumidification can simultaneously use refrigerator plus acid and drying tube dehumidification methods, and real-time monitor changes in flue gas dehumidification efficiency;

•Pretreatment subsystem is condensation-free and dew-free throughout, providing solutions for various interfering substances;

•Analyzer can be optionally equipped with ordinary or ultra-low range to meet different monitoring accuracy requirements;

•Analysis system can be optionally equipped with dynamic gas distribution device to achieve manual, automatic, and remote system zero point, span point, and simplified zero point calibration;

•Upper and lower computer monitor and store system process and monitoring data, providing users with preventive maintenance and system self-diagnosis data support;

•Selection provides diversified system configurations, which can be selected according to actual needs.
