Application Scope
The TH-150K ambient air fluoride sampler is a new medium flow fluoride/heavy metal/gas combination sampler developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It uses a new energy-saving brushless high-suction pump to draw air samples, making it an ideal instrument for environmental assessment and on-site monitoring.
Instrument Features
•Three-channel sampling flow with automatic constant flow and digital flow display, avoiding disadvantages of rotor flowmeters for gas sampling such as manual flow adjustment, inaccurate flow, and float drop;
•Automatically measures on-site atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature, pressure before flowmeter, temperature before flowmeter, dust sampling flow, and gas sampling flow;
•Uses high-pressure, high-suction brushless gas pump with strong load resistance, suitable for fluoride/heavy metal sampling, with high reliability;
•Configured with imported flow sensor to detect sampling flow, with microcontroller automatically compensating for flow changes caused by voltage and resistance variations for more accurate flow measurement;
•The instrument can sample one channel of fluoride/heavy metal and two channels of gaseous pollutants simultaneously or separately;
•Sampling flow rate and sampling time can be modified during sampling;
•4.3-inch color touch screen for display and operation, clearly visible in sunlight;
•Three channels independently accumulate working condition sampling volume and reference state volume, with separate setting of sampling time and sampling flow for each channel;
•Features software calibration function, allowing convenient calibration of parameters such as instrument flow, temperature, and atmospheric pressure via touch screen;
•The instrument has storage, query, and printing functions (printer optional), with each channel capable of storing more than 200 groups independently;
•Power failure data preservation function, automatically saves parameters and continues sampling upon power restoration;
•The instrument can be optionally equipped with TSP/PM₁₀/PM₂.₅ metal or plastic cutters to collect particulate fluoride; optional multi-ring aromatic hydrocarbon sampling head;
•The instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry;
•The instrument has overload protection function.
