  • Application

SCST-302 zinc oxide fine desulfurizer is used to remove sulfides from various gases such as coal, natural gas, coke oven gas, oilfield gas, refinery gas, synthesis gas, shift gas, and liquid feedstocks such as liquid hydrocarbons, propylene, naphtha, etc., to protect steam reforming, low-temperature shift, methanation, methanol, synthesis ammonia, polypropylene and carbonyl synthesis and other catalysts containing nickel, copper, iron and precious metals, and to improve product quality. The main reactions are as follows:

  • Catalyst Characteristics

Good water resistance. In processes where steam participates in the reaction, the catalyst has the characteristics of high strength, not easy to pulverize, and low operating resistance;

Resistant to high pressure and high space velocity, high catalyst operating life under high pressure and high space velocity operation;

New production process, large catalyst sulfur capacity, sulfur capacity exceeds 30% at a certain temperature;

Large specific surface area, high conversion rate, catalyst outlet H2S generally less than 0.01ppm.

 

  • Packaging, Storage and Transportation

The finished catalyst is packed in plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags. During transportation and storage, it must be protected from moisture, fire, inverted placement and strictly prohibited from chemical contamination. Rolling or impact is strictly prohibited during handling; when stored outdoors, place sleepers at the bottom and cover with canvas for rain protection; it can also be packed in ton bags according to user requirements.
