SCST-111 pre-reforming catalyst is suitable for the process of pre-reforming light oil, naphtha, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas and other hydrocarbon feedstocks with steam to produce methane-rich gas. This pre-reforming catalyst gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, krypton synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas or city gas. The main reactions are as follows:

CO+3H2=CH4+H2O -206 kJ/mol
CO2+4H2=CH4+H2O -165 kJ/mol
CO+H2O=CO2+H2 -41 kJ/mol

- Application Fields
Pre-reforming of higher hydrocarbons and partial hydrocarbon steam reforming to generate methane-rich gas process;
Naphtha, light oil, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbons, refinery gas, natural gas and other hydrocarbon feedstocks, various feedstocks can be used alone or in combination;
Fixed bed pre-reforming reactor.
- Catalyst Characteristics
High nickel is stably dispersed on the porous carrier, with good low-temperature activity and activity stability;
Oxidized or reduced state catalysts can be provided; oxidized state catalysts need to be reduced and activated in the vessel, while reduced state catalysts can be used with direct feed;
Hydrocarbon feedstocks can be fed alone or mixed, and feedstock switching or feedstock ratio adjustment does not affect the normal performance of the catalyst;
Excellent ability to resist operating condition fluctuations, large operating flexibility, and can be integrated into the system in a cold state.
- Packaging, Storage and Transportation
The finished catalyst is packed in plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags. During transportation and storage, it must be protected from moisture, fire, inverted placement and strictly prohibited from chemical contamination. Rolling or impact is strictly prohibited during handling; when stored outdoors, place sleepers at the bottom and cover with canvas for rain protection; it can also be packed in ton bags according to user requirements.
