New Nickel-Molybdenum Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst SCST-313 with Good Activity and High Conversion

SCST-313 nickel-molybdenum hydrogenation catalyst is suitable for the hydrogenation conversion of organic sulfur in coke oven gas, refinery gas, refining dry gas, and natural gas, and also hydrogenates and saturates the olefins contained in the gas to protect the normal use of various catalysts in subsequent sections. This product converts inert sulfides such as mercaptans, thioethers, thiophene, COS disulfides, and sulfones into hydrogen sulfide to achieve the purpose of hydrodesulfurization.

- Performance Characteristics
SCST-313 catalyst uses transition metal elements as the main active components, while adding special additives. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional organic sulfur hydrogenation catalysts such as high operating temperature and pressure, large equipment investment, and high operating costs, the company has developed SCST-313, a desulfurization catalyst specially used for organic sulfur hydrogenation conversion. This catalyst has the characteristics of low operating temperature and pressure, high hydrodesulfurization activity, large specific surface area, uniform distribution of active components, and good stability.

- Catalyst Characteristics
Good low-temperature activity, high conversion rate can be achieved at lower temperatures, especially during the initial start-up period when the conversion temperature cannot be reached, to protect the service life of subsequent section catalysts;
High catalyst strength, not easy to pulverize, can meet requirements at low pressure and low temperature;
Large specific surface area, high conversion rate, conversion rate of difficult-to-convert organic sulfur such as thiophene exceeds 98%;
Uniform distribution of active components, good stability, long service life.
- Packaging, Storage and Transportation
The finished catalyst is packaged in plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags. During transportation and storage, it must be protected from moisture, fire, inversion and strictly prohibited from chemical contamination. Rolling or impact is strictly prohibited during handling; when stored outdoors, the bottom should be padded with sleepers and covered with canvas for rain protection; it can also be packaged in ton bags according to user needs.
